2. Standard Cancellation Fee Schedule

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, the following standard refund rates apply based on the number of days prior to the tour departure date:

Note: "Non-Refundable Fees" such as enrollment fees, travel insurance premiums, and specific booking deposits are excluded from refunds at all times.

3. Group and Custom Tour Cancellations

• Group Size Adjustments: If your group size decreases prior to departure, Ehoolts Ltd reserves the right to adjust the per-person price accordingly.

• Custom Itineraries: Custom tour planning fees are non-refundable once the consultation or planning process has begun.

4. Force Majeure & Company-Initiated Cancellations

• Safety First: Ehoolts Ltd reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any itinerary if conditions (weather, natural disasters, or political unrest) endanger the health or safety of travelers.

• Company Cancellation: In the rare event that Ehoolts Ltd must cancel a tour due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, travelers will receive a 100% refund or a credit for a future trip.

• Limitations: The company is not responsible for external costs incurred by guests, such as non-refundable airline tickets or visa fees.

6. Traveler Responsibility

• No refunds or reductions will be made for services (meals, sightseeing, transport) included in the tour price that are not utilized by the traveler due to personal reasons.
