Article 1: Purpose

These Terms of Use govern the conditions and procedures for using services provided by EHOO LTS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”) through its website and mobile platform (hereinafter “Platform”), and define the rights and responsibilities of users and the Company.

Article 2: Definitions and User Eligibility

  • User: A person aged 18 or older who registers and uses the Company’s services.

  • Non-member: A person who uses limited services without registering.

  • Travel Product: Products such as tours, accommodations, transportation, and experiences.

  • Name Matching & ID Verification: All bookings must match the name on the traveler’s passport, and ID verification may be required.

Article 3: Provision of Services

The Company provides the following services:

  1. Search, booking, and payment of travel products.

  2. Sending confirmation via email/SMS.

  3. Access to itinerary and “My Page” functions.

  4. Personalized recommendations and customer support

Article 4: Content Use and Prohibited Activities

  1. All content (text, images, logos, etc.) on the Platform belongs to the Company or its partners and must not be used without permission.

  2. The following actions are prohibited: identity theft, system manipulation, automated bookings, and unauthorized reproduction of content.

Article 5: Booking & Payment

  1. Payment Methods: Credit card, PayPal, international wire transfer, etc.

  2. Currency: Korean Won (KRW) or US Dollar (USD).

  3. Confirmation: Confirmation is sent via email or SMS after payment.

Article 6: Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. All EHOO LTS tour products are subject to different cancellation and refund conditions depending on the type of tour (individual/group/overnight) and season.

  2. All cancellations and refunds will be handled in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy specified by the Company.

  3. The following general principles apply:

    • The closer to the tour date, the lower the refund amount.

    • No refunds are given for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

    • In case of force majeure or Company-initiated cancellations, a full refund or alternative option will be provided.

Article 7: Traveler Responsibility and Insurance

  1. Travelers are fully responsible for their own health, physical condition, belongings, and safety.

  2. The Company is not responsible for:

    • Inability to complete tours due to pre-existing health conditions.

    • Accidents, injuries, or crimes during personal free time.

    • Theft or loss of personal items during overnight stays. Injuries caused by failure to follow safety guidelines.

    • Issues arising from partners or service provider failure.

  3. The Company strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance and is not responsible for losses resulting from non-subscription.

Article 8: Payment Disputes and Chargeback

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action and restricted access to the Company’s services.

Article 9: Disclaimer of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

  • Schedule changes or delays caused by partners.

  • Passport, visa, or immigration issues.

  • Natural disasters or force majeure events.

  • Traveler’s negligence or personal matters.

Article 10: Notice of Changes

If these Terms are updated, notice will be given at least 30 days in advance. A summary comparison of changes may be provided.

Article 11: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
